Hey Bulldogs! Due to dangerous road conditions, we will host a virtual learning day on Wednesday, February 25. Below you will find your schedule. Our day starts promptly at 8:20 AM. It is important that you follow your schedule as it is listed below. All of your classes will start on Schoology. If you are struggling with WiFi connections or access to a device, do not stress. When we get back into the building, you will have time and support to complete any missing work and five days to complete it. This is our first time this year, so we may hit a few bumps along the way tomorrow. But that's ok. We just want everyone to try their best! We got this bulldogs! See you online! Mrs. Torpey

This week we are highlighting famous African Americans in the field of Social Studies. Who better to spotlight first than Dr. Carter G. Woodson- the father of Black History!

Dr. Woodson's lifelong dedication to educating all Americans about black history and heritage led to the creation of Negro History Week in 1926, which coincided with the anniversaries of Abraham Lincoln & Frederick Douglass' birthdays the 2nd week of February. The celebratory week was ultimately expanded to Black History Month in 1976.
