Teachers have received forms for the Hit the Books program to distribute to students. The deadline to have these forms filled out with 4 book titles is February 23rd! Students who read 4 or more books and turn in the form shall receive tickets to a Delmarva Shorebirds game!
February is nationally celebrated as Black History Month. In honor of Black History Month, SDMS is highlighting a notable male or female of African American heritage every school day of the month, their accomplishments, and influence on American history. In order to accommodate for High School exams and transportation, SDMS will be dismissing early at 12:00pm on January 29th and 30th.
Also, SDMS will be closed to students for a Professional Day on January 31st.
A HUGE shoutout goes to Popeye's in West Ocean City and those who contributed towards our No Cook Night! All funds that were raised go towards our PBIS program.
